“Efficient preparation is the key to resolving any claim. As both a litigator and mediator, I consistently see the more efficient and prepared side obtaining a favorable result. Whether plaintiff or defendant, knowing exactly what you need to prove your case expedites the resolution of the claim.”
The son of a third-generation general contractor, Chad Wilson spent many of his summers on the construction site. He uses this practical knowledge to his advantage as an attorney, cutting through the litigation gamesmanship to the core of the issues.
Prior to joining Lanak & Hanna, Chad worked for nearly seven years as a litigator specializing in the representation of architects and engineers. He consistently obtained favorable results on behalf of his clients at all stages, from pre-claim to summary judgment to trial. Chad’s extensive experience representing design professionals gives him an additional advantage in handling construction claims.
In addition to California and the District of Columbia, Chad is licensed in Hawaii, where he handles contract claims and job rights on behalf of Lanak & Hanna’s clients with interests there. He also serves as a certified small claims mediator for the Orange County Superior Court and board member of the Youth Science Center, Los Angeles.
