“What drives me as a lawyer is the desire to achieve results for my clients. Too often, lawyers get so wrapped up in the law they lose sight of the client’s overall goals.”
Mac Cabal blends a background in big business with significant experience in construction litigation, commercial collections, and health care law. He has successfully tried and arbitrated numerous cases and recovered millions of dollars on behalf of sureties, contractors, suppliers and health care providers. And, having worked as an executive for two of the largest retail companies in the country, where he was a manager for a multi-million dollar denim business, he understands what drives the goals of many of his clients.
Mac brings a record of high academic achievement to his legal practice. He graduated from Cornell University with a degree in Business Management and was a Merit Scholar at Whittier Law School, where he finished in the top 5% of his class. Today, Mac is an adjunct professor at Concordia University in Irvine where he teaches Health Care Law. He is also an active member of the Orange County Bar Association, where he served as Co-Chair of the Mentor-on-Demand Committee alongside the former President of the Bar Association, and he previously served on the Board of Directors for the Bar Association. He speaks fluent Spanish and is a Crossfit enthusiast.
