Thomas M. Padian - Associate
Associate
Bio:

Fearless, motivated and hard-working, Thomas Padian advocates tirelessly with the utmost enthusiasm and practicality. Chief among Thomas’ strengths are his abilities to listen and assess the client’s needs in any given situation, as well as his aptitude for time-management, all in an effort to earn a favorable outcome for his clients.

Thomas’ practice areas focus on commercial collections from representing material suppliers and contractors to merchant cash advance companies.  Thomas utilizes all of the tools under the law to find a creative solution to fit a client’s specific need and recently he was able to collect over $100,000 for a client after selling the contents of a debtor’s safety deposit box at a Sheriff’s auction.

Thomas is a reviewer/contributor to the Manual of Credit and Commercial Laws Construction Issues Volume, published by the National Association of Credit Management, which provides credit managers from all backgrounds with the laws relevant to collections and specifically mechanic’s liens in all fifty states.

Thomas is continually expanding his practice areas, but whatever the case, he knows the importance of working as part of a team and, while talent may win the small battles, teamwork wins the case.
