After obtaining judgment through a successful Motion for Summary Judgment and Motion for Attorney Fees, the team pursued traditional enforcement efforts before identifying a strategic opportunity. They discovered the debtor was a plaintiff seeking recovery in an unrelated case and promptly filed a Notice of Lien in that matter.
When the case settled nearly a year later, the lien ensured our client recovered the full judgment amount, including attorney fees, interest, and costs.
