Frank J. Lanak, Founder

Frank is our Founder. Having focused on construction and surety for over four decades, first in Los Angeles and then in Orange County, Frank knows how to work every angle to provide no-nonsense, business-smart solutions to his clients. Frank is experienced and knowledgeable in the area of the surety industry, both underwriting and claims. Frank’s legal expertise and abilities have earned him the highest rating from Martindale Hubbell. Frank represents general contractors, subcontractors in a host of construction matters, including enforcement of job rights, collections, as well as sureties in contested claims on performance and payment bonds. His expertise also extends to significant work in property and debt issues arising in related real estate, probate, bankruptcy cases, and commercial transactions.
