When I begin working on any matter, I always analyze the strengths and weaknesses of each side so I can anticipate my opponent’s position and legal strategy. Once I’ve performed that analysis, I advise my clients accordingly so they are in their best position. I work closely with my clients to understand their bottom line and identify tactical strategies to protect them and their interests.
