Congratulations to Associate Attorney, Charles Stec, for being victorious at trial for Lanak & Hanna’s contractor client. The general contractor client filed suit for the unpaid balance on a home improvement project. In turn, the homeowner filed a cross-complaint alleging substandard work. After a five day bench trial, Mr. Stec obtained a complete verdict for the client including recovery of the unpaid amounts and defeating the homeowner’s cross-complaint in its entirety.
