For the fifth time in a row this year, Lanak and Hanna’s trial team has prevailed on behalf of its clients in the courtroom.
Senior Counsel Mark Johnson secured a six-figure judgment against a general contractor and its surety on behalf of an international material supplier, including an award of statutory attorney’s fees. Mr. Johnson convinced the Court of the value of his client’s materials and rebuffed efforts to challenge the claim on procedural grounds. The trial Court agreed with every item of damages alleged and also awarded prejudgment interest, in addition to attorney’s fees.
