Shareholder and Principal Attorney Colin K. McCarthy recently presented at a panel discussion hosted by the Orange County School Facilities Maintenance and Operations Group. The program was titled “Leveraging Funds for School Districts, Mixing and Matching for Success.” The topics included the use of state and federal dollars for educational infrastructure needs. His co-panelists included Joe Dixon, Past Chair of the Coalition for Adequate Student Housing (CASH) and former Assistant Superintendent for the Santa Ana Unified School District.
