Associate Attorney Amber Kim obtained a complete defense for her surety client after a trial by the underlying bond principal. Ms. Kim’s trial victory marks the second time in as many months that the Lanak & Hanna trial team has been successful in court.
Shareholder and Principal Attorney Michael Murray obtained judgments totaling $1.2 million in favor of his clients, including a judgment after trial. Mr. Murray also collected on those judgments by aggressively utilizing bank levies and other post-judgment enforcement tools.
