In a testament to the firms tenacity and never give up attitude, Principal Attorney Michael Murray recovered payment for a client on a judgment that had been entered almost four years ago. When the client, a roofing subcontractor, was not paid in 2021, Lanak & Hanna filed a lawsuit and obtained a judgment against the general contractor. After all attempts at collecting the judgment were unsuccessful, Mr. Murray notified the contractors license board of the judgment, leading to suspension of the general contractors license and a quick call from the general contractor to settle.
