Attorney Lauren Stec obtained a complete victory at trial for a supplier client. The case involved a customer’s failure to pay Lanak & Hanna’s supplier client under a credit agreement. The customer took the position that it never signed the credit agreement under which the supplier was suing. At trial, Ms. Stec was able to provide undisputed evidence that the credit agreement was signed by the customer and was able to secure a judgment for the entire amount owed under the credit agreement.
